Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Savings Account (FSA)

Ketamine infusions are not currently covered by insurance. However, you may use a health savings account (HSA) or a flexible spending account (FSA) to pay for the cost of your treatment plan. While ketamine has been approved by the FDA since 1970 as an analgesic/anesthetic medication, using low-dose ketamine infusions for mental illness and chronic pain conditions is currently considered off-label use. The cost of the ketamine infusion/infusions is due prior to the first treatment. We accept cash, credit, cashier’s check, and have multiple financing options available.

Important Info

Although ketamine infusions are not covered by insurance at this time, we will still be happy to offer complete itemized documentation (superbill) for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement upon your request. Some clients have had success in achieving partial reimbursement. Please allow 5-7 business days for this to be completed.

If you do not qualify for the 0% interest-free financing, we have other payment options available.
